A Business Mindset

Guy's approach to a transaction is not limited to legal analysis. He understands that clients care about the commercial result as much as the legal documentation.

He therefore approaches each transaction as both a lawyer and a businessman, with attention to leverage, value, timing, risk and the client's broader objective.

Experience Across the Israeli Real Estate Market

Guy's work includes purchasers, sellers, developers, property companies, management companies and commercial clients.

This gives him exposure to transactions and property matters from several perspectives, before, during and after a real estate transaction.

Guy works professionally in both Hebrew and English.

ADVISORY & PUBLIC POLICY EXPERIENCE

Real Estate Adviser to Moshe Kahlon, Former Israeli Secretary of the Treasury

Guy has advised Moshe Kahlon on real estate matters, including during Mr. Kahlon's tenure leading Israel's Treasury, and continues to advise him on private real estate matters today.

In 2015, Guy was a candidate for the 20th Knesset on the Kulanu party list.

He also participated as an attorney in Knesset committee discussions concerning urban renewal legislation, including discussions surrounding the establishment of Israel's Government Authority for Urban Renewal.

This advisory and public-policy exposure complements his practical experience in Israeli real estate and urban renewal matters.

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT FOLLOWING OCTOBER 7

Supporting the Yoni Asher Family Effort

Following the October 7, 2023 attacks, Guy learned that the wife and two young daughters of Yoni Asher, a family personally known to him, had been abducted to Gaza. He immediately contacted Yoni and, together with him, helped establish a dedicated family command center.

From the first days following the abduction until Yoni's wife and daughters returned to Israel, Guy worked alongside Yoni on an intensive, ongoing basis. He helped mobilize personal and professional contacts, support public and media outreach, keep the family's case in the public eye, and accompany Yoni in television interviews and other media appearances.

During that period, while his own family was in the United States, Guy remained in Israel so he could continue supporting the effort until Yoni's wife and daughters came home.

PROFESSIONAL HERITAGE

A Professional Foundation Built Across Three Generations

H. Noam & Co. was founded in 1955 by Guy's grandfather, the late attorney Haim Noam, and developed a longstanding practice in real estate, cooperative association law and civil law.

Today, the firm is managed by Guy's father, attorney Ofer Noam, who continues the firm's professional activity and the tradition built over decades.

Guy began his legal career at H. Noam & Co. after qualifying as an attorney and worked closely with both his grandfather and his father within the firm's real estate and legal advisory practice.

Working alongside two generations of lawyers gave Guy a distinctive professional foundation. From Haim Noam he received the foundations of meticulous legal work, professional responsibility, loyalty to the client and the importance of long term personal relationships.

Working alongside Ofer Noam and within the firm's day to day practice gave Guy additional practical experience in legal files, real estate transactions, client relationships and complex legal and commercial matters.
