A Modern Model for International Clients

The client may be anywhere in the world. The property, transaction or legal process is in Israel. Guy connects the two.

Guy personally leads the legal and commercial work in Israel and remains the central professional responsible for the matter.

When the client's signature is required, Guy can travel to the client's place of residence outside Israel and, subject to applicable local law, execute and authenticate the required documents.

The banking, tax, registration, administrative and professional steps required in Israel are coordinated under his direction.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions International Clients Ask

Clear starting points for property and legal matters in Israel.

Can I buy property in Israel without traveling there?

In many transactions, much of the process can be handled remotely with appropriate representation and authorizations. Identification, signing, banking and regulatory requirements vary by transaction and country of residence.

Do I need an Israeli bank account to buy property?

Not necessarily in every case. The required arrangements depend on the transaction, the source and destination of funds and the receiving bank's compliance procedures.

Can documents be signed while I am abroad?

Often yes, using the relevant power of attorney or authenticated documents. The acceptable form depends on the documents, Israeli requirements and local law where the signing takes place.

Who handles title checks, taxes and registration?

Guy can coordinate due diligence, transaction documents, Israeli tax filings and the registration process, with tax, banking and other specialists engaged where needed.

What if I already own property but live outside Israel?

Services can include leasing, tenant issues, payments, maintenance coordination, legal work and a continuing Israel-side point of contact, as agreed.

What if I have inherited a property in Israel?

The steps may include reviewing the will or inheritance order, determining the property's registration status, and coordinating an Israeli transfer, management or sale. Read more →
